Blue tents on the King's Road - Cyclone Winston devastates the north

Prop-ups, lean-tos, and piecemeal reconstruction in the aftermath of Cyclone Winston.  Blue tents donated by international aid agencies, and white tents that replace schools, are ubiquitous.  Donors include Australia, Korea, Japan, China, New Zealand, and the UN.  Life goes on.
